ST. PETERSBURG, Fla (Nov. 24, 2020) — RIDG: Royal Design Innovation Group, the innovation group helping enterprise organizations redefine their innovation strategies, announced their new hires today, CEO, Matthew Dieter, and Marketing Strategist, Regina Kaza.
Dieter joins RIDG with over twenty years of consulting, advertising, and business development experience. Prior to his current role, Dieter worked in change management consulting at PwC, created numerous successful companies, and advised small and medium-sized businesses on finance, operations, marketing, talent acquisition, and growth strategies. He also developed the successful publication, Women’s Running Magazine, which he profitably sold to Competitor Group, Inc. in May 2012, 39 months after launch. As CEO at RIDG, he plans to develop and implement the company’s growth strategy and support the delivery of innovation frameworks and tools to C-Suite clients trying to gain business clarity, increase profitability, and align their teams.
Kaza joins RIDG with a strategic background in communications and marketing. She is an award-winning journalist and copywriter and has worked across advertising agencies in Florida and New York. Before joining RIDG, Kaza worked with F500 consulting clients and financial firms in sales and marketing. At RIDG, she plans to support the innovation consultancy’s strategic growth efforts and develop a resourceful brand for the firm’s C-Suite enterprise clientele.
